Astra Light Photography – Client Gallery Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all online client galleries provided by Astra Light Photography (“Photographer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing your gallery, downloading images, or placing print/product orders, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Gallery Access
Your private online gallery will be delivered via a secure link.
Access is for personal use only and may be shared with family and friends, but login credentials must not be sold or distributed commercially.
Galleries remain live for 90 days from the delivery date unless otherwise stated. After this period, galleries may be archived or removed at the Photographer’s discretion.
Please download your images before 90 days to avoid loss.
2. Image Downloads
High-resolution images included in your package are available for download within your gallery.
Additional images may be available for purchase if not included in your package.
It is the Client’s responsibility to download and safely store images before the gallery expiration date.
3. Prints and Products
Professional-quality prints, wall art, and albums are available to order directly through your gallery.
Color accuracy and print quality are only guaranteed when ordering through the gallery store. We are not responsible for prints/products made elsewhere.
4. Usage Rights
Images are provided for personal use only unless a commercial/branding package has been purchased.
Personal use includes printing for home, sharing with family and friends, and posting on personal social media (credit to Astra Light Photography is appreciated).
Images may not be altered with filters, resold, used for commercial purposes, or entered into competitions without written permission.
5. Copyright & Ownership
Astra Light Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images.
Client receives a personal license to use the images as described above.
RAW/unedited files are never released.
6. Liability & Technical Issues
While every effort is made to keep galleries accessible, Astra Light Photography is not responsible for outages or technical issues beyond our control (such as third-party hosting downtime).
We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly to avoid loss.
7. Client Satisfaction
Every image is carefully selected and edited to reflect Astra Light’s style. Because photography is a creative service, refunds or re-edits are not provided for differences in artistic preference.
If there are concerns about your gallery, please reach out—we are happy to discuss solutions, such as additional editing for a fee.
8. Travel & Event-Specific Terms
For event galleries, delivery times and included images depend on the package purchased.
If travel fees apply, they will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the session.
9. Payment for Add-Ons
Orders placed through the gallery (prints, albums, or additional images) must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored at the time of ordering.
10. Agreement
By accessing or using your client gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
